High Speed Die Mold  Machining Center SV Series
  • SV series vertical machining center is designed for Mold & Die Industry. 3 axes are adopted roller-type linear guide ways to realize the best reliability and to ensure the highest performance on speed, precision, and rigid cutting requirements. Combining surface between spindle and motor are through scraping to ensure spindle performance and accuracy.

    • One-piece casting for axial bearing housing, XYZ axes with motor direct-driven ball-screw to make sure high positioning accuracy.
    • Z axis with non-counter balance driven to ensure high acceleration transmission (Ball-bar test less than 0.01mm).
    • Roller type linear guideway, loading, and rigidity are 30% higher than other C-type machines with ball bearing type.

    Friendly Operation

    • Front large door for easy loading workpiece, the wider visible zone for easily watching cutting status.
    • Sliding doors at both sides allow less space occupation and ensure no chips or coolant splash out during operation.
    • Reinforced glass safety protection.
    • Stainless cover, prolonged machine lifetime.
    • Various usages, a storage space located under operation panel allows the user easy to put their objects; movable chip conveyor allows user’s working requirement.
    • Convenient coolant and pneumatic interface, front location of coolant / pneumatic interface lets the user easily operate.
